China/GMO
Quietly, on July 16th, 2008 , an event took place that drew little attention but is of major impact on your future.
The news article came to us that day via Yahoo news with this headline and this url:
China to urgently boost GM crop development - Yahoo! News
http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20080710/sc_afp/chinafoodbiotech
A few
days later, the news article itself disappeared from Yahoo and was
replaced by a “missing” notice.
Luckily, a number of other web organizations picked it up and copied it
before it was “lost” forever:

What
does it mean?
It means that China , as a nation, has openly, without scientific
review or data, embraced the GMO as the basis of their agriculture.
It means that GMOs are now going to enter your foods at a rate you
cannot control or identify.
It means GMO and the impact from them will be hidden from you because,
unknown to most consumers, “country of origin” labels on do not have to
actually tell you the actual country of origin, only who accepts the
liability for the product and who last manipulated the product.
For
example:
Perhaps you’ve noticed that many of the larger grocery chains now have
many fruits and vegetables packed in containers that have only the
stores name on it? Like, for example, grape tomatoes. Many stores now
only offer grape tomatoes with the name of the grocery store and their
headquarters’ address on it. Does that mean they now grow them? No, it
means that they are accepting the product liability for it. Some say:
“Product of USA” on the label. Meaning it was grown in the USA ? No, it
means that the tomatoes were grown somewhere, (you don’t get to know
where), and re-packed at a repacker’s facility; a company who gets bulk
product and puts those products into smaller containers, somewhere in
the USA and that means they now can, legally, call it a “Product of
USA.”
This
applies to that can of soup, that jar of "organic" tomato sauce, that
microwave-ready instant dinner in the meat counter of your grocery
store. Where did those products inside that package come from? What
country, what variety? Remember, even though it has an address or location on the package that does not mean that is where the contents came from. You simply do not get to know. This also means that you
have lost any ability to segregate fruits and vegetables, especially
GMOs, out of you and your family’s diet.
That means the fruit juice-box or granola bar, that says: "Made in USA" only means the final manipulation of that product, as simple as just putting the granola bar or juice-box in the retail box that is sent to the grocer, was done in the USA. We have even heard of vegetable boxes coming out of containers' from China that have the USA grower's name on the box, (in fact the same exact box they pack in here in USA), and the USA address of that grower on the China-grown vegetable. There was no other indication that the product inside those boxes, garlic in this case, was grown in China.
One of
our sister companies is a fully equipped analytical laboratory. They
tell us that analytically a GMO tomato is not the same as a non-GMO
tomato. That goes for virtually every GMO that is in production today.
The fact that there are naturally occurring variations in the
composition of a fruit, vegetable or grain allows the GMO seed
producers to be able to pass their “variations of analysis” off as a
naturally-occurring variation. But, GMO-producing companies are smarter than that: they do not produce non-GMO versions of the same varieties because then it would be very easy to see the differences. And we have already established that
neither the FDA, USDA nor the EPA any longer operates their own
laboratories for verification analyses.
That
means, without a second’s worth of protest, your intake of GMOs has
tripled, or more. You don’t think you take in any GMOs? There is no
corn product or soybean product today that is not either an actual GMO
or contaminated by GMOs. Like it or don’t you eat GMOs. And now, with
China becoming a GMO producer, more than 30% of the USA ’s food
products will be GMO contaminated.
The impact on your health? Immense.
